Stay must be redeemed prior to expiration date and strictly not applicable for extension once expires. Confirmed room reservation is non-amenable and in the event of no-show, the stay voucher will be deemed used.
(11) Valid for à la carte treatments at Pan Pacific Singapore only. Member must be present for the spa treatment, and card to be presented upon arrival. Not valid for point accrual and redemption.

Promotions cannot be combined and are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, in-house offers,
discount cards, and vouchers.
Promotions are not valid on eve of public holidays and on public holidays. Hai Tien Lo offers are not available during the Lunar New Year period.
Membership term is for 12 months from start date. Points earned within the membership term will carry forward for a maximum of one membership term. Eg. Points earned from 1 January – 31 December 2019 will carry forward and expire on 31 December 2020.
