Pan Pacific Privileges is a loyalty programme designed to reward and recognise the hotel’s frequent diners. Points are awarded based on dining spend and redeemable for rewards featured on the website.

The membership is open to any person aged above 21 years. Any local or overseas diner at Pan Pacific Singapore can enroll for the programme. By signing up as a member, it is deemed that express consent has been given to receive electronic communications on latest news, statement and promotions.

There is no enrolment fee for Premium membership. For an instant Prestige membership, a SGD 888 fee applies.

Once enrolled, you will receive your membership number immediately via the registered email. Simply quote the number during reservation and at the point of bill settlement in order for points to be awarded.
You will receive your membership card to the registered mailing address within 30 days upon successful enrolment.
Points are not earned for taxes, service charges, Pacific Dollars, redemptions, selected promotions, flower shop, any certificate, vouchers, discounts, breakfasts, tobacco, Programme and Merchant Partners, in-room dining, mini-bar, weddings and catering-related dining.

The rate for point redemption is 100 points = SGD 1
Points can be redeemed to offset part or all of your food and beverage bill at any of the participating restaurants and bars, including wines and Champagne from Atrium, and gourmet deli items (cakes, pastries, hams and sausages) from Pacific Marketplace.

Point redemptions cannot be utilised in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts.

Pan Pacific Privileges’ membership cards, accounts, benefits and points are non-transferable. The benefits are exclusively tailored for the members except for the “Privileged Room Rates”, the “Book a second room at 50% off” benefits and selected redeemed rewards which are transferable with authorised documentation.

Membership term refers to the 12-month period which all memberships whether Premium or Prestige are valid for.

Premium members will be automatically renewed at the end of their membership term. For Premium members, points earned within a membership term will expire at the end of the following membership term. E.g. Points earned from 1 January – 31 December 2019 will expire on 31 December 2020.

Prestige members need to accumulate SGD3,888 (exclusive of service charge and GST) dining spend within the membership term to maintain the status for another membership term, otherwise the member will be automatically enrolled for the Premium membership tier. All existing points will be carried forward to the new Premium membership and valid for the next 12-months.

Expired points will not be reinstated.

Dine with us once at any of our participating restaurants and bars including Atrium, Edge, Hai Tien Lo, Keyaki, Pacific Marketplace or Poolside Bar and request for a renewal from the associates at the outlet.

Prestige membership may be purchased at SGD 888 or accumulate a dining spend of SGD 3,888 (exclusive of service charge and GST) at participating restaurants and bars within a membership term to enjoy complimentary upgrade from Premium to Prestige membership.

No, Pan Pacific Privileges card can only be used exclusively at Pan Pacific Singapore.

The participating restaurants and bars are Atrium, Edge, Hai Tien Lo, Keyaki, Pacific Marketplace and Poolside Bar.
