Durian aficionados will delight in the new assortment of eight durian desserts by Pastry Chef Philip Lee, one of the first chefs in Singapore to use durian in desserts. His signature Durian Pengat, Durian Cake, Durian Puff, Durian Crumble, Durian Pudding, Durian Cheesecake, Durian White Chocolate Cake and Durian Milk Chocolate Tart rounds up the culinary experience. To make the experience extra special, all mothers will receive a flower and a welcome glass of Champagne.
