Try the selection of new dishes by Dim Sum Chef Lee Siaw Cheen - Deep-fried Yam Puff with Foie Gras, Baked Egg Tart with Imperial Swiflet’s Nest and White Fungus, Steamed Berkshire Pork, and Stir-fried Carrot Cake with Dried Scallops in Hai Tien Lo’s Homemade XO Chili Sauce.
